How long does discovery take?

Typically 1-2 weeks. We run stakeholder interviews, audit your tech stack, analyze your market position, and synthesize everything into a clear brief. For simpler engagements, discovery can wrap in a few days.

What if scope changes mid-project?

It happens - and we plan for it. Our milestone-based structure means we can re-scope at any checkpoint without derailing the whole project. We'll flag tradeoffs and adjust timelines transparently.

How do you handle handoff?

We don't just dump code and leave. Every engagement includes knowledge transfer sessions, written documentation, and operational runbooks. Your team should be able to own and extend everything we build.

Do you work in sprints?

Yes. During the build phase we run 1-2 week sprints with demos at the end of each cycle. You see real progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.

Can we start with just strategy?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a strategy engagement (4-6 weeks) and then decide whether to move into build. There's no obligation to commit to a full engagement upfront.

What does pricing look like?

We price by engagement scope, not by hour. Strategy-only projects start in the low five figures. Full build engagements vary based on complexity but we'll give you a fixed quote after discovery.

How big is the team on a typical project?

Usually 2-4 people from our side - a lead consultant, a technical architect, and 1-2 engineers or specialists depending on the work. We stay lean and senior.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, always. We'll sign your NDA or provide ours before any substantive conversation. Confidentiality is standard, not an add-on.
